Return procedures Please be aware that because every item is customized just for you, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item of your order is faulty or damaged, you can return it to us for adjustment or change.
Please send us an email at akdk.jaintradingpvtltd@gmail.com within 24 hours of getting the merchandise if it doesn't live up to your expectations. As soon as possible, AKDK will reply with details on how to make a return.
The buyer is responsible for paying for the whole cost of shipping the returned item.
We demand that you guarantee that you have a responsibility to treat the item with reasonable care and that you are responsible for any damage up until the time we receive the order.
